Who’s the best in Vietnamese real estate? Find out at the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2018

The Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2018 will see the leading developers, projects, real estate agents and companies that contribute to real estate in the country honoured at an exclusive ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City on 26 July.

Almost 20 winners from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Danang were presented with The Dot Property Vietnam Awards in 2017. This year will see the awards expanded to include not only an event, but also the awarding of the Vietnam’s Best Developer as voted on by the general public. This is one of thee only real estates award in the country to be voted on by the public and the winner won’t be revealed until the big event.

A look back at 2017

Among the big winners at last year’s awards were Novaland Group and National Housing Organization who collected three awards each. FLC Group, Sacomreal and Hoa Binh Construction were also among the 15 firms to pick up awards.

Dalat is one of Southeast Asia’s most beautiful regions with lush landscapes and cool weather making it a popular destination. Dai Phuc Development was voted Best Developer Dalat with the firm’s La Vallee de Dalat project redefining residential real estate in the region. The development transports residents to a bygone era with the elegant craftsmanship and romantic design found at the project’s French colonial-style homes.

In the costal city of Hoi An, Ixora Real Estate scored two awards for its X2-branded projects. X2 Hoi An won Best Villa Resort Development and Best Villa Development. The project’s generous ownership scheme and eco-friendly features were cited as two major reasons for X2 Hoi An’s victories.
