The Dot Property Southeast Asia’s Best of the Best Awards 2017 officially announced the winners with several Vietnamese developers among those to be recognised. Anpha Holdings and MIKGroup collected three awards each, the highest total for any one developer this year. More than 10 firms from Vietnam took home honours.
Organised by Dot Property, the region’s fastest growing property portal, the second annual Dot Property Southeast Asia’s Best of the Best Awards honoured the absolute best projects, developers and companies that contribute to real estate.
Anpha Holdings was named as the leading Boutique Developer while its The Park Residence project was recognised in the Modern Condo Development category. The firm’s third award was in the Luxury Township category where the innovative SimCity Premier Homes was honoured for its upscale, technologically advanced design.
“We want to develop a model smart city in Vietnam with smart citizens. Advanced smart-home technologies have become a reality in the project,” Le Viet Duc, deputy general director of Anpha Holdings, explained during the opening ceremony of SimCity Premier Homes where the company accepted its award.
MIKGroup was recognised as an Innovative Developer while its Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc was one of two projects from the company to be recognised. TNR Holdings Vietnam won two awards, including the title of top Luxury Developer.

Winners were selected by Dot Property and the regionally focused Dot Property Magazine who evaluated the candidates based on a number of factors created specifically for each category. More than 20 developers and projects from Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia were honoured this year.
