Vietnam leads the way at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2018

The Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2018 winners were announced and developers, projects and real estate agents from Vietnam made their country proud. A total of 12 awards went to companies based in Vietnam, the highest total of any single country. Thailand was second best with eleven winners while winners from Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines were also recognised.

More than 25 awards named as part of this year’s Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards programme. The Vietnamese winners collected their awards during a special media ceremony at the InterContinental Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City.

CityLand continues to impress with their upscale developments and the company’s efforts were rewarded as they won Best Luxury Developer Southeast Asia this year. Meanwhile IRB Investment JSC was the biggest winner scoring three honours including Best Innovative Developer Southeast Asia.

The hard work of real estate agents acknowledged on the regional stage for the first time ever at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards with the introduction of the Best Real Estate Agencies Southeast Asia 2018 category. Eight of the region’s leading agencies were honoured with Thu Thiem Real representing Vietnam.

“We’re excited to be announcing the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2018 winners. They come from Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia,” Matthew Campbell, Dot Property’s CEO, explains. “We take a different approach to selecting winners. Developers, projects and agencies are not pitted against one another, but measured against set criteria. This means winners are ultimately selected on their ability to meet and exceed each criteria.”
