Vietnamese developer Novaland is no stranger to winning Dot Property Awards. In fact, the company’s Lakeview City project was one of the inaugural 21 winners at the very first Dot Property Awards in 2016. The company would reach greater heights the following year.
Lakeview City was also named Best Luxury Residential Development at the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2017. However, that wasn’t the only honor presented to Novaland. The homebuilder also took home the top honor of Best Developer Vietnam in 2017.
Novaland was able to surpass its 2017 success in 2019 as the firm won Best Developer Vietnam for the second time in three years. The developer added two project awards to its haul at the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2019 with NovaWorld Phan Thiet and The Grand Manhattan each being honored.
A few months later at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2019, Novaland was named Developer of the Year 2019, the top regional award. The developer won Best Entertainment and Tourism Complex for its NovaWorld Phan Thiet at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2019 as well.
