Sun Group’s new resort property is bringing luxury to Quang Ninh Province.
Property is upping a gear in Quang Ninh Province home to Ha Long Bay with a new luxury project. Sun Premier Village by developer Sun Group, will be making a mark next month. This resort development is a mixed scheme of a modern twist on the traditional shophouses and villas. The first of its kinds in the region, Sun Premier Village Ha Long Bay, is expected to spur on tourism further which is already going from strength-to-strength.
Ha Long Bay is a popular destination on the tourist trail. Visitors are drawn in by the limestone karsts and blue waters that frame the region’s jungle. Many come to visit this northern hotspot on a junk boat to weave through the islands stopping to explore by sea kayak, rock climbing, scuba diving or even hiking.
Sun Premier Village Ha Long Bay has been designed by experts from Australia and Hong Kong. A priority being that this new resort development will set the bar high for the region. There is a choice in beach villas, ocean villas, garden villas and lake villas for investors to choose from. Owners are permitted to use the property 225 days per annum as part of the purchase. Alternatively, they can opt to stay in another of Sun Group’s Vietnam properties. Residents will also have the option to join SOL Club. This will give them the freedom to partake in the activities on offer at the recreational park and golf courses.
Lastly to entice developers, Sun Group have a wide range of finance options on the table for investors to pick from. This includes zero percent interest rates for loans and grace periods.
