PRESS RELEASE: FLC Group entered a cooperation agreement with Navireal about the exclusive distribution of the FLC Quy Nhon Beach & Golf Resort project.
On October 11th 2016, in Ho Chi Minh City, FLC Group JSC and Nam Viet Development and Trade Investment JSC (Navireal) held a signing ceremony of cooperation on exclusive distribution entire resort real estates belong to FLC Quy Nhon Beach & Golf Resort project.
Accordingly, FLC Group – the investor of FLC Quy Nhon Beach & Golf Resort authorized the
partner Navireal exclusively distributed entire real estate products of FLC Quy Nhon Beach &
Golf Resort project.
FLC Quy Nhon Beach & Golf Resort was started construction in May, 2015 and has came into
operation since July,2016 by FLC Group. The project is located on an area of over 1300 hectares of scale, with total investment of 7,000 billion VND, including villas and 1,500-room resort condotel, 36-hole Golf courses, as well as an 1500-seat International Convention Center, wildlife park, marine eco-tourism area, the spiritual area and other utilities.
FLC Quy Nhon is known for its records as the world’s fastest construction golf courses in five
months and the longest hotel in Vietnam with nearly 1,000 meters. This hotel is also voted as having the “Best Hotel Architectural Design in 2016” by the Property Report Magazine.

Since opening, FLC Quy Nhon has became the top of tourist, culture, sport destinations in
Vietnam. Most recently, the Vietnam’s biggest FLC Golf Championship 2016 with nearly 800
golfers participated, took place in 3 days from September 30, 2016 – October 2, 2016. These events have helped to promote tourism and investment opportunities in Binh Dinh, attract tourists, domestic and international investors to this land.

investment program at 85 percent share of business profits from the sublease lifelong, profitable minimum commitment of 8 percent / year, continuously for 10 years with the guaranteed value in USD.
FLC and Navireal also cooperated with banks to support lending for investors up to 60 percent of the contract value with an interest rate of 0 percent in the first 12 months, a grace period of 12 months principals and entitled to a discount of 5 percent when there is no demand for bank loans.
