A growing market brings with it more agents wanting to ride on its success. You may find it hard to pick one with so many to choose from. So take time to do your homework before selecting an agent to work with.
1. Reputation.
There is no better testament to any service than good feedback. Word of mouth recommendations hold a lot of weight. More recently, reviews can be online through Facebook and other forums. Check the real estate agent’s testimonials and don’t be afraid to get in contact with those leaving the review should you require any further information.
2. Track record.
