RENTAL COMMITMENT PROGRAM:

entitled to participate in the rental program (“CTCT”) with a commitment to effective revenue and to enjoy economic benefits from the project's development in the near future. When participating in CTCT, owners will be able to use 45 nights/year for free (*). The rest of the time, the Villa will be managed, operated and leased by the experienced sales team of Banyan Tree Group.
