District 1, Ho Chi Minh- Since establishment in 2004, Dragon Fly has accummulated both expertise and valuable experience in runningserviced apartments and office buildings. During the last nine years, we have managed many projects, and have gained the trust of tenants for our services. Particularly, many of our tenants are our loyal and frequent customers coming to us from the very first day of the company establishment.
- The occupancy of our serviced apartments and office buildings often remains at 90 - 99% while 100% of occupancy is not exceptional in peak season. This success resulted from the nonstop efforts of Dragon Fly staff in terms of proactive customer relationship management and preeminent service delivery.
