On July 31st, the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2025 ceremony took place solemnly at The Reverie Saigon Hotel, attracting over 200 guests, including real estate business leaders, industry experts, award advisory board members, and media representatives.
Under the theme “Sustainable Development – The Era Of Pioneers” the event honored organizations and individuals leading the transformation of development models, upholding core values, and aiming for long-term goals. On this occasion, Mr. Ngoc Bui – Country Manager of Dot Property Vietnam – shared a message:

The awards reflect the urgent needs of the market in the context of restructuring and adapting to socio-economic fluctuations.
At the event, the two most prestigious awards were presented to Sun Property and Vinhomes, recognizing their sustainable development strategies and leadership roles in the market.
Sun Property was honored as Developer of the Year Vietnam 2025, acknowledging its breakthrough in developing integrated resort urban projects that elevate the standards of living and the stature of Vietnam’s high-end real estate sector.
Vinhomes Green City – Project of the Year 2025 made a strong impression with over 2,000 units sold within the first 24 hours. Spanning 197 hectares in the northwest of Ho Chi Minh City, the project is developed under the “All-in-One” model, featuring a diverse ecosystem of amenities, integrated master planning, and modern management technology.
Notably, the Vietnam Real Estate Person of the Year 2025 award was presented to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam – Southern Sales Director of Vinhomes for his significant contributions in driving the strong growth of the southern real estate market.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam is recognized as an outstanding leader with strategic vision and exceptional management capabilities, playing a key role in expanding the market and strengthening Vinhomes’ position in Southern Vietnam.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh – Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Realtors and Vice President of the Vietnam Real Estate Association – shared:
“The development of large-scale integrated townships in satellite cities such as Long An, Can Gio, and Vung Tau is not only an inevitable trend but also a strategic solution to expand living spaces, ease pressure on central infrastructure, and meet the growing demand for high-quality living environments, integrated amenities, and ecological balance.”
Sustainable development remained the cornerstone of this year’s awards, with criteria focusing on creating green living environments, promoting local economic growth, advancing cultural and social development, and emphasizing human values.
The organizing committee recognized pioneering enterprises for their innovation and adaptability amidst a volatile market landscape.
Many real estate corporations have chosen sustainable development as their core strategic direction. Notable developers include Nam Long Group, Van Xuan Group, and Khai Hoan Land. At the same time, DOJILAND, Sun Property, and Phu My Hung were honored for their leadership roles and steadfast contributions to the market.
The winning projects at the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2025 clearly reflect the emerging development trends of the market. Notable among them are outstandingly designed developments such as Selavia, Danko Center, La Pura, Happy One Sora, and The Legend Danang.

Among the standout developments, projects such as Blanca City, ArtStella, Emerald Symphony, Hawee Parkland Cao Thuong, Danko Riverside, The Aspira, and Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen have clearly demonstrated their pivotal role in shaping modern urban lifestyles and contemporary architectural landscapes.
Contributing to the sustainable real estate ecosystem, service-oriented companies such as Dreamplex, DKRA Vega, EximRS, Khai Minh Land, ANABUKI NL VIETNAM, and the BIG FOUR were recognized for their continuous innovation, agile adaptability, and long-term development mindset.
